This is a common situation and requires great patience, especially when there is a line of cars behind you waiting for you to be the first one to pass him. My advice is to play it safe and not let the pressure cause you to do something you may regret later. It may take awhile but there will eventually be a safe opportunity to pass and if there isn't, you have an opportunity to take it slow and enjoy the scenary and the anguish you are causing to the drivers behind you.
