My favorite part of the market is the fish section. Don't come here wearing flip-flops or your best fancy sandals and watch your wallet
since pick-pockets work the crowded areas and target people who look like rich tourists. When I walk around Athens I carry a fake wallet with nothing in it.
I keep my money and a photo-copy of my passport in my pocket and anything of value in the hotel safe. The worst place for pick-pockets though is on the metro,
especially the train coming from the airport, which is to a pickpocket as a fifty pound jar of honey is to Winnie-the-Pooh.
